Reserve food menu is an exploration of the senses; we serve
delightful genuine French cuisine in a carefully selected ả la
carte menu with French specialties from the place of the owner,
Bordeaux, France.
La Reserve has virtually mastered the art and science of true dining. Guests and visitors leave smiling and happy with a gastronomic experience almost impossible to forget in a romantic tropical setting, we offer many ways to tickle the palate in our Gastronomic and fully air-conditioned restaurant. Some of our specialty include: Fresh lobster daily, shellfish platter, goose liver with truffles, chateaubriant, sole meuniere, confit de canard and Russian Caviar. La Reserve boosts to have the biggest wine cellar on the island with about 3000 bottles of French wine. (Bordeaux, Bourgogne) plus many selection of French Champagne. We also offer Calvados Hors d'age, Cognac, Armagnac, etc., Cellar Cuban cigars with famous Siglo de Cohiba. We are licensed money changer with good rates.
La reserve restaurant is open Monday through Sunday, from 6 in
